The Lord is My Shepherd!
Psalm 23 The Lord is my Shepherd I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me, Your rod and your staff they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my heard with oil, my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord Forever.
The last few weeks I have felt like I have actually lived and moved through the 23rd Psalm! Oh how loving and faithful is our God!
It is now and always has been so important for me to turn to the Lord, and especially when we come under attack from the enemy, the devil. Turn to Daddy when disappointment comes and causes all of our dreams and plans to be scattered and it seems that chaos is all around us. And yes, it seems immediately our soul seems to take control and our emotions run wild and our minds seem to center on all of the negative thoughts that are hearing or others are saying! This is what I was experiencing when I received the news that my visa to India was not approved! Wow, me? Why? Why not? Why Lord? Of course this must be a mistake and they have me mistaken for another person, right? Certainly I would be receiving an email telling me of the mistake and that I was approved for a visa, right? Well, no! No mistake they are saying. And they have no obligation to tell me why they have denied my visa. Although now, I believe I know why I was denied a visa to India. The anti-Christ spirit is spreading very rapidly throughout the world today and the decision to deny my visa is just a another example.
I pulled myself together after a few days, (which is enough for anyone to wander around in the physical realm, right?) and told my spirit to rise up above all of these circumstances and take control. After all, I am a child of God, I do walk and live in the spirit and I live by faith not by sight, I am not moved by the circumstances of life but by every Word out of the mouth of God! Yes Amen! The Word is my belief system and truth, Holy Spirit leads and guides me into all truth. Selah! Decreeing the Word and self-talk is mighty in pulling down strongholds!!
I received the Word, Psalm 23 and asked Daddy to take me to the still waters and restore my soul, He did! Holy Spirit gave me comfort; He anointed my head with oil and filled me with His presence all in view of my enemies!! Hallelujah! My cup truly runs over!!!
Ministry Update and information on the changes that have occurred since my last letter.
Now, the Lord is moving me into my “next” and I am ready to take on the challenge! Since my visa was denied and I will not be traveling to India in person, I am preparing to record all of the conference teachings and hopefully, make one or two videos to send onto India. Prayerfully, the women’s and pastor’s conferences will go as planned and The Word will go forth and will accomplish all that it has been sent out to accomplish!! There is neither time nor distance in the spirit realm. So God’s anointing, His presence, his power and glory will touch every heart who hears the word He has given me to teach/preach!! God will heal, many miracles will be performed, eyes will see and ears will hear, many will be set free and delivered from bondages. Many will receive Jesus as their Lord and Savior and God will be glorified in it all, Praise the Lord! And… the devil is a liar and defeated!
I thank each of you for your continued prayers and support as I move into this huge project of recording and getting the messages sent onto India.
My book, “It Is Written” has been translated into Telegu, the native language of Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh area; 1,000 copies have been printed and stored at Vision for Asia headquarters! These books will be given as gifts to all of the conference attendees and to those who they see and minister to in the villages each day.
“Threads for Life”, is the ministry which is training widows who are suffering with HIV to sew and be self-sufficient. They are in the process of making a beautiful bag for each lady who attends the Women’s conference (picture below). So you can see that much ministry is planned and will be taking place, even though I cannot be there in person. I am very excited to see what the Lord is doing and how He is turning into good what the devil meant for bad!!
You too can stand against disappointment or discouragement that comes your way. Be encouraged and do not be moved by the circumstances of your life, choose to walk in faith! Look to the Word and be comforted with the peace of God. For the peace that surpasses all understanding WILL guard our heart and mind in Christ Jesus! Did you catch that? His peace passes up our under- standing. So we don’t have to understand and figure out everything with our minds, but we do need to trust in God and His Word!! We are to live by faith and look not at the circumstances or not be moved by our feelings!
I thank all of you who have given financially into this ministry specifically for the Indian Ministry Trip. I want you to know that your financial help has provided for:
- Support of one of the orphan boys for 6 months
- My book, “It Is Written” was translated, retyped and 1,000 copies printed.
- 300+ tote bags to be created as gifts to the ladies.
- As well as many miscellaneous items which comes with planning a trip such as this.
The time is short but I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!! You are so special, I thank you for your understanding and I love you with the love of the Lord! Please give me a call if you have any questions or comments I would love to speak to you.
